An adhesive that can be used for decorating candles, which contains a flame retardant, so the decorative elements applied to the candle can be burned safely. It can also be used as a primer. The decorated surface is protected either with the glue itself or transparent wax paste. Primarily recommended for decoupage technique and Rub-on pigments.
