Pentart Glow 3D Fabric paint, 20 ml

Water-based, thick, creamy fabric paint for 3D effects, highlighting and dotting that glows in the dark. The paint dries flexible, does not crack, we can combine it with regular Pentart fabric paint. We recommend using it on a light base, in case of a black base paint a light layer underneath. After drying, either iron (from the rare side, using cotton grade) or leave it untouched for a week, after which it can also be washed in a washing machine (inside-out, using gentle program,).
