How Much Will Shipping Cost?

We use a secure courier service to make sure your products reach you safe and sound. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence.

GLS Zone 1: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania
Orders will be delivered to all other International destinations* within 2-3 working days.
Delivery cost = €9.08

GLS Zone 2: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Poland
Orders will be delivered to all other International destinations* within 2-4 working days.
Delivery cost = €9.73

GLS Zone 3: Bulgaria, France, Luxemburg, United Kingdom
Orders will be delivered to all other International destinations* within 3-5 working days.
Delivery cost = €15.00

GLS Zone 4: Denmark, Ireland, Italy, San Marino
Orders will be delivered to all other International destinations* within 5-7 working days.
Delivery cost = €16.20

GLS Zone 5: Greece, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
Orders will be delivered to all other International destinations* within 5-7 working days.
Delivery cost = €24.30

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries to the EU reach you within a maximum of 7 working days once your order has been placed and payment has been authorised. We'll email you updates to let you know how the delivery is going

Some email accounts will 'Junk' any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add webshop@fndeco.com to your address book so that we can get in touch with you! If you don't receive your order within the maximum delivery time for your country and if you've not received any tracking emails, please get in touch and we'll be happy to track the order for you.

Who will delivery my parcel?

For International orders, we use GLS. Our couriers offer a swift and secure delivery service.

Cancellation-Returns

Orders cancelled before shipping can be refunded in full. If you need to contact Customer Service please e-mail us on webshop@fndeco.com
You have legal right to change your mind and cancel the contract within 8 (eight) working days of the day you received your order. Postage charges will not be refunded on unwanted items. We only accept unopened and unused products. Poor and unsellable items will not be refunded. As we received your return we will refund your payment as soon as possible.

We make every effort to keep our stock listed on our shop correctly although from time to time certain products sell out faster. Customers will be notified by e-mail which product(s) are out of stock.

Are you shipping to the United States?

Unfortunately the FN-DECO is shipping only to European Union countries.
